Nicola Cornick is an international bestselling and award-winning novelist who has written over thirty historical romances and timeslip mysteries in a career spanning twenty years. Fusing storytelling with a non-fiction level of historical research, Nicola specialises in examining the lives of women who are so often mentioned only in the footnotes of the historical record, and in studying the myths and legends that inspire our storytelling.
In her spare time, Nicola volunteers as a guide and researcher for the National Trust at the 17th century Ashdown House and gives talks and seminars on a number of historical and writing related topics.
The Forgotten Sister (timeslip published by Harper Collins HQ 30th April 2020) is her latest novel.
