Catherine Hokin

Catherine Hokin is a Glasgow-based writer whose novel Blood and Roses re-evaluates the story of the historically-maligned Margaret of Anjou (wife of Henry VI of England) and her key role in the Wars of the Roses. She also writes short stories, which have appeared in magazines including Prole and Writer’s Forum and this year’s Scottish Arts Club Prize Winners Anthology.
