Residential Ticket

Full weekend conference - residential

This covers the full conference programme from Friday 3.00pm to Sunday 2.00pm - all events, meals, and refreshments including the Saturday evening Gala Dinner and Ceilidh as well as use of the hotel leisure facilities.

Once you have registered with the HNS and paid your registration fee  (£100/ £140) you must immediately book your accommodation with the hotel, quoting the booking code provided.

This is at the special weekend rate of £268 for single occupancy of a double room (£215 per person for shared occupancy, where both parties are attending the conference. This represents a substantial saving and 40 of the rooms can be set up for twin occupancy, providing a good option for friends attending together).

For two people sharing a room, one of whom is not attending the conference the cost is £268 for attendee + £40 per night (covering DBB and use of hotel facilities, with lunch available on request) for non-attendee.

Please check with the hotel for preferential rates for extra nights before or after the conference.

You will not be fully registered as a weekend residential delegate until you book your accommodation with the hotel, using the booking code provided.

To book

Call the venue (The Westerwood Hotel) on 01236 860728, stating the conference name: HNS 2018, the date: 24th – 26th August 2018, and quoting your booking code. (If two people are booking together, one person should make the room booking, giving details of both occupants.)

50% deposit (refundable only if a room can be re-let) is payable to the hotel at booking. The remainder is paid on arrival at the conference.

Your booking code will also be required when choosing seminars and one-to-ones if desired.

We anticipate demand for the full residential package will be high, so delegates are advised to book as soon as possible.

Non Residential Ticket

Two-day conference pass (non- residential)

This covers you to attend the conference from 9.00am to 5.45 pm on Saturday and from 9.00am to 2.00pm on Sunday. It includes all events, lunch and refreshments on both days.

Cost: £80, payable to HNS along with the registration fee at time of booking.

You will be given a booking code, which will be required when choosing seminars and one-to-ones if desired.

The two-day pass does not include accommodation or evening events. If you wish to attend evening events you can add these to your booking as follows:
